Villa Greta is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful Chianti houses for its spectacular garden and fantastic views over the rolling Chianti hills. The Villa has been perfectly restored at the beginning of 2009 with a great respect to the country Tuscan tradition. Located in the heart of one of the most famous wine areas of the world, Greve in Chianti, it is a perfect place to visit the major city of Tuscany like Siena and Florence. The ground floor is composed of a lovely living area just at the entrance, with sofas and fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities, a little studio with telephone, fax and Internet access, a single bedroom with its private bathroom with shower and tub and a service bathroom. The first floor offer one double bedroom with its en suite shower bathroom and a double bedroom sharing the shower bathroom with a single room. It is possible to add an extra bed. The outdoor area is equipped with a large veranda for lovely dinners “al fresco”, a beautiful swimming pool chlorine free, a bathroom with shower, a barbecue, a dining area. The rental price includes garden, pool maintenance, maid service twice a week and change of linen once a week. Additional maid service is available and payable locally, on an hourly basis. The security deposit of 300 Euro must be paid on arrival. An infant bed or a crib are available free of charge. Pets are allowed for an extra cost of 50 Euro per week. Heating use is 15 Euro per day. On-demand chef is available for dinners, and payable locally. Guests will be provided with a rechargeable mobile phone, for Internet use they must bring their laptop. The house behind Villa Greta is the owners’one. The minimum stay is one week starting from Saturday.
