Description

Corte Delle Stelle is a traditional charming Tuscan villa, recently restored by the present owners, located between Arezzo and Cortona, in the southern part of Tuscany. On the ground floor of Villa Corte Delle Stelle there is a living room with fireplace and kitchen corner, one double room with en suite private bathroom, one twin room and one double room sharing a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor (the Little Tower) there is a double room with en suite private bathroom and a panoramic balcony. All rooms are equipped with satellite tv, individual heating control and hairdryer in the bathroom. Heating, air conditioning, telephone and Internet costs are paid on consumption. The villa, that could accommodate up to eight guests, is also equipped with a private swimming pool with a spectacular view of Tuscany countryside. The minimum stay is one week starting from Saturday and the weekly rate includes pool and garden maintenance, change of linen and maid service once a week. Additional maid service is available on request and payable locally, on an hourly basis (17 Euro per hour). Final cleaning cost is 100 Euro and must be paid on the spot. The security deposit of 600 Euro against damages must be paid on arrival. It is possible to have cooking classes (100 Euro per person) or book a chef for having dinners at home.
