Description

Villa Barbara is a historical farmhouse built by the Grand Duke of Tuscany Leopoldo II of Lorena, located in the heart of Chianti area, only 19 km from Siena and a few minutes from the most glamorous polo club of Tuscany. It dominates two gentle hills with 360° degree views of rolling hills that spread as far as the eye can see and can accommodate sixteen guests with the possibility to add another six in the annexe. Villa Barbara is composed by a large living room and a dining room with a table sitting up to sixteen guests with view on the garden and pool area, a tv room, a well equipped kitchen and two twin rooms, each one with its private shower bathroom, on the ground floor. Four double bedrooms and one twin room, each with en suite or private shower bathroom, are located on the first floor. In the annexe six single beds and one bathroom. At disposal of the guests of Villa Barbara a private swimming pool and a large garden overlooking the unspoiled Tuscany valley, equipped with large covered porch of 54 square meters, with a huge marble and iron table for outdoor dining 'al fresco', a barbecue and garden furniture. Electricity, gas, water, weekly linen service, wireless internet are included. Telephone, heating, air conditioning to be paid on consumption. Chef on demand. Weekly cleaning is three hours-three times a week. It is mandatory to pay 120€ on the spot. The security deposit of 500 Euro must be paid in cash on the spot directly to the owner. No checks or credit cards are accepted.
