Reservation modalities and payment methods

Bookalo empowers you to provide travelers with three reservation modalities with different payment options: guarantee, prepaid and deposit. This unmatched flexibility allows you to meet travelers needs and expectations, resulting in increased sales and improved overall customer satisfaction. It does not matter which payment option your customer chooses, as each of them is conceived with your needs in mind: reducing no-show and cancellation rate in a cost-effective way.

Customer

Prepaid

At the time of booking the total reservation price is charged from the customer. You will be credited the balance 15 working days after the payment day. You will be able to set a discount percentage for prepaid reservations on a case by case basis.

Deposit

At the time of booking a deposit is charged from the customer, who will pay directly to you the balance. In case the deposit exceeds the amount due to Bookalo, you will receive the difference after 15 working days. You will be able to set the deposit percentage on a case by case basis.

Pay later

At the time of booking the customer provides a valid credit card to guarantee the reservation. Thanks to Bookalo you will be guaranteed the payment of the total reservation price 1 day before the check-in date or on the check-out day at your choice. The balance will be credited to you 15 working days after the payment day. You will be able to decide whether to accept guaranteed reservations on a case by case basis.

You

Bank transfer

We can settle funds via the SWIFT network to a bank account of your choice worldwide. Your bank account must be in the same name as you or your company. For settlements in EUR to European bank accounts, a valid IBAN and BIC are required.
