Description

Casa Elena is a lovely country house with private pool, originally a farm house of a big estate no longer existing. The Villa is located in a quite village close to an historical castle, where, every year at the beginning of September, a cooking contest is held. Casa Elena has been fully restored and offers all the modern comfort, maintaining the atmosphere and charm of the farmhouse. It is warm and cosy and a large stone Tuscan fireplace makes you even warmer in the cold days. All the ground floor rooms open onto the outside garden. The space outside is wide and very well kept, with abundance of flowers, fruits trees, olive tree sand vineyards. In the garden there is BBQ, wood oven, and a dining area with a big table. There is also a tennis court. Children have their equipped play ground in a shadowy area. Paved road and few meters of gravelled road leads you up to the house. The care taker of the ground is a good cook of typical country Tuscan cuisine, that can prepare meals on request. The ground floor is composed of a living room with large Tuscan fireplace and equipped with satellite tv, a dining room opening into the garden by a french door and equipped with a table for 14 people, a fully equipped kitchen opening into the outside dining area and one bathroom. On the first floor three double bedrooms convertible into twins, one twin bedroom and two bathrooms, one with tub and shower and the other with shower. Included in the price are welcome Tuscan snack with wine, final cleaning, gas and electricity, bed and bath linen, cleaning service once a week (2 hours), pool and garden maintenance.
