Soggiorno Dei Rondinelli is an elegant bed and breakfast located at the second floor of an historical palace of Florence at walking distance from Uffizi Gallery, Medici Chapels, Ponte Vecchio, Signoria Square and the luxurious street Via Tornabuoni with its designer boutiques. Soggiorno Dei Rondinelli is composed of four wide and comfortable rooms ( Water Room, Air Room, Earth Room, Fire Room ) cured and furnished in the minimums details that fuse the most modern accessories and confort to beautiful vintage furnitures. The Water Room is the smallest of our three rooms but it has a strong feeling of harmony, since the space and the furniture of the room blend in together in a perfect way. An ancient glass door leads into a private balcony whose railing is covered in intertwined jasmine branches giving off a mesmerizing scent. Air Room is the largest and undoubtedly the most beautiful room in the residence, with wonderful iron and glass doors and ancient grinded glasses framed by columns. A large Venetian chandelier at the center of the room reflects the light coming through the windows, creating bright and colored nuances that change according to the time of the day, from pastel colors in the morning to ochre-yellow in the afternoon and fiery red at sunset. Earth room is placed at the end of the corridor, it enjoys a quite location and it has two very remarkable features: The private door leading to the jasmine terrace and a spacious and relaxing bathroom. Fire Room is very different from the others, it has a simple ethnic decor and is furnished with a beautiful Indonesian bed. The room has a separate street access with stone steps, and it is isolated from the rest of the structure thereby giving it a lovely silence. A most pleasant surprise for our guests is a wonderful terrace overlooking the roofs of Florence, where to relax and read, sitting on comfortable Indonesian benches, surrounded by the exquisite scent of jasmines and other flowers creating the perfect environment for a romantic aperitif at sunset.
