Description
Ideally located in an ancient tree lined Piazza off Corso Vittorio Emanuele; right between Piazza Navona and Campo dei Fiori, two of Romes most visited landmarks; both within a few minutes walking distance from this delightful apartment. A bright, airy and tastefully refurbishment is evident as soon as you enter this spacious accommodation ( 12 steps from the front door to the apartment ) This open planned stylish apartment is on two levels, where the original brick flooring and beams have been retained,in keeping with the original character. You'll enter the living / dining area which has two plush coushes in front of a fire place, very homely and relaxing, as well as a modern glass dining table and matching chairs for six people. There's a large tranquil master bedroom on the same level with a brick arch which has been retained and renovated, plus an en suite bathroom with a glassed shower, bidet, basin and wc; high quality fittings. The second bedroom has two single beds and there's another spacious en-suite bathroom with a curved shower screen, basin, bidet and wc, a single bed is in a loft area above , however we must note that the main boiler is also located in this room and we suggest that this extra room is best for a child or teenager. On the second level you'll find a bright country style kitchen; not large, yet fully equipped and charming. The furnished ancient terrace is a bonus in the summer months and there's also a third bathroom on this level and the interior of the apartment has every amenity including air conditioning, satellite TV and modern internet. The entire area is surrounded by great restaurants, outdoor cafes and open food and gift markets and the owners of the apartment conveniently also have a restaurant right downstairs called "Luigis" where you can sample some delicious Roman dishes and enjoy outdoor dining in the summer months. There is another apartment in the same building on the same floor and both apartments together can sleep up to nine people - ideal for a large group.
