The apartment, restored in 2008 and housed with three other (Diamante, Topazio, Acqua Marina) in a gorgeous 18th century building, is located in the heart of Rome historical center, close to Piazza di Spagna (700 meters away) and Piazza del Popolo (100 meters away). The light violet and white tones mixed harmoniously with the golden parquet floor give a real contemporary yet cozy feel to this bright 50 sq.mt loft. On entering this apartment, you will find a welcoming open floor plan which combines the living room with dining area, with a double sofa bed facing a satellite LCD TV, a table for 4 people and a wardrobe; the hideaway kitchen is small but fully equipped and modern. The sleeping area, on the mezzanine level accessible through a comfortable steel staircase, includes a comfortable a queen size double bed, with night tables, and wardrobe area; next to the bedroom, you will find a stylish and inviting bathroom fitted with shower and hairdryer. The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests. Rates are inclusive of daily cleaning (kitchenette not included) of the apartment and change of towels and sheets every 3 days(except Sunday and holidays), electrical power and water supply, mini bar consumption, Satellite colour-TV, safe, hairdryer, heat, air-conditioning, iron and ironing board.
