The apartment, restored in 2008 and housed with three other (Diamante, Ametista, Topazio) in a gorgeous 18th century building, is located in the heart of Rome historical center, close to Piazza di Spagna (700 meters away) and Piazza del Popolo (100 meters away). This bright 75 sq.mt three rooms apartment combines the Roman charm, of high ceilings with on sight beams dating back to the 18th Century and exposed beam architecture, with the comfort and style of contemporary furnishings and appliances. The interior decor is fresh and stylish with crisp clean lines matching natural tones of white and blue, the apartment is an ideal space for a family or a group of friends since up to 6 can be comfortably accommodated. The master bedroom comes with a comfortable double bed, night tables, desk and ample wardrobe space. The second bedroom features a bunk bed, with night table and wardrobe, can comfortably accommodate the 3rd and 4th guests. The living room includes a double sofa bed facing a satellite LCD TV and a dining area with a table for 6 people. The hideaway kitchen is fully equipped and modern. The apartment offers two beautiful and inviting bathrooms, both fitted with hairdryer: one offers a bathtub/shower unit while the other includes a modern shower cabinet. Rates are inclusive of daily cleaning (kitchenette not included) of the apartment and change of towels and sheets every 3 days(except Sunday and holidays), electrical power and water supply, mini bar consumption, Satellite colour-TV, safe, hairdryer, heat, air-conditioning, iron and ironing board.
